1. Refunds & Returns
Please note that all purchases are final. We do not refund or exchange if you change your mind. If the product you receive is faulty or not what you ordered please contact Customer Service on (+61) 02 66811324, or alternatively email firstname.lastname@example.org with your:
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Description of the Product
- Reason for return (including photo if necessary).
If we deem the circumstances to be valid, we will contact you to organise return of the product, a product replacement and/or a credit for the full replacement cost.
We use Fastway or Australia Post to deliver all our parcels. As everything is shipped from Ballina, NSW, it can take between 2 to 10 days for a package to be delivered. A signature will be required upon delivery. We ship Monday through Friday.
When your parcel is shipped we will, via email, provide a tracking number so you can follow your parcel on the Fastway or Australia Post website.
